Introducing the motorcycle and scooter child seat.
The Stamatakis child safety seat for scooters and motorcycles is something of a revelation. The products are designed and manufactured in Germany in accordance with EU regulations. Children under 7 must have a special seat and be able to reach the footrests when riding pillion on a scooter or motorcycle.
Finding somewhere that sells such a product has never been easy.
We tracked down the manufacturer and now have stock ready and waiting.
There are two types of seat available: The standard size (for most scooters) and the MAXI-scooter version for larger seats (including motorcycles).
The footrests are adjustable making the seat suitable for children from aged 3-8.
Having held a small stock in our London store to test the demand, we soon realised that there are many people who would benefit from a product like this. Our customers have been using them for the school run, saving both hassle and time, and for weekend rides. The feedback has been excellent and we predict that the demand for these will continue increasing as more people discover the benefits of attaching this child seat to their scooter or motorcycle.
These items are available to purchase through our eBay store:

I think this is illegal in most places,or at least in the US, putting a child in a seat with a seat belt puts the child in extreme danger. You should not be strapped to the bike in case of a crash EVER!
ReplyDeleteIn this seat the child is not strapped. If the bike crashes or rides off the road, the child will fall out, like the driver of the motorcycle.
ReplyDeleteabsolutely love this look! Hope to see this style more often. i miss casual posh very much. Getting tired of her mature/professional style.
ReplyDeleteMany of these scooters will help your kid get more of their well needed exercise as well as improve their coordination and balance.
